This car works on principle of a hand car, but has no complicated gears and is easily driven, thereby making it suitable for the smaller child. In place of gears this car has a wooden rod with a heavy rubber tip on its bottom end which, when the handle is propelled, grasps the floor and causes car to be driven forward. Made of wood body natural wood finish, wheels and seat painted. Height from floor to seat, about 12 inches. Distance from center of seat to the front steering axles is about 19 inches.
